Legal Question in Traffic Law in Mississippi

Accident Whose Fault
I was at intersection waiting for traffic to clear to turn left.Light turns yellow I wait for oncoming traffic to stop. All lanes stop, I turn southbound, car opposite me turns northbound, car in southern mostlane heading east runs thru lite, which by now was red.Witness was behind driver who hit me says light was red before driver ever made it too the intersection. This is 4 lane rd.
