My brother got a traffic ticket for sound ordinance and no insurance 8 years ago in tishomingo ms. Can you tell me what the statue of limitations is for these tickets in Mississippi.

There is no statute of limitations to enforce tickets in Mississippi. Once issued, they must be addressed
