Legal Question in Traffic Law in Mississippi
Law regarding yellow light
I was cited for running a red light. The light was clearly yellow when I entered the intersection. I was traveling approx. 35 mph and felt it would be very difficult to safely stop considering this was a road that normally has heavy traffic. What does Miss. law say about this situation?
