Legal Question in Traffic Law in Mississippi
Last night I was sick at work, so I left and on the way home, I swerved to hit a deer, my tire blew and my car ended up across the ditch. We called someone to come get it but they couldn't get it until the morning and when we woke up this morning and went to get it. Someone had the police tow it. Now they have a hold in my car, and are saying I left the scene of an accident. What do I do?

If you are being charged with a crime, I strongly suggest you get counsel. Then you and your lawyer can meet. I am assuming they may be looking for additional charges
