Legal Question in Traffic Law in Mississippi
Another person's vehicle
Can I, the driver of my father's vehicle, be held responsible for paying the loss of an auto accident I was involved in since my father did not have insurance on his vehicle? Thank you.

Yes. The driver is responsible to be sure that the vehicle is insured.
Your father, however, could be liable too. To not be liable, he would have to show that you did not have permission to be driving that vehicle.
Good luck
