Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Mississippi
My brothers and inherited my mother’s home which stills has a mortgage in Mississippi.
The mortgage is in my brother’s name and he is currently in the hospital with multiple brain injuries. He lives in Tennessee and does not have a POA or will.
The wife wants us to sell the house and give her his portion of the house.
What can/do we legally have to do

This is very sad. Probably you should sell the house and pay off the mortgage and whatever is left everyone gets their share. But you have to be careful because your brother's share is probably going to pay off his medical bills. That's probably not what his wife wants. Unfortunately this isn't a situation where you can get good advice over the internet.
