How long after Probate does asset get distributed, when will I get a copy of the
I am one of several heirs to an estate. Probate (90 days in MS) is up in a few weeks, I am assured my aunt did not owe anyone and we don't expect anyone to contest or any other problems, my cousin (the executor) say he is trying to expedite everyting, how long after the 90 probate period can we receive our inheritance? and when do we get to see the will?

There is no set time period for probate in Mississippi, other than that creditors have 90 days to present claims against the estate. Probates can last from 4 months to many years, all depending on the circumstances. The Will should be attached to the initial pleading with the court, so you should be able to get a copy of it from the court clerk. Once all assets and liabilities of the estate are identified, all heirs of the estate are identified (via court order), all tax issues (if any) are resolved, and the executor has performed all other necessary duties, the executor should be in a position to close the estate upon submitting a proper petition and obtaining court approval.
