Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Mississippi

probation of a will

Can a copy of a notarized will be probated and be a legal document? In sept. of last yr. my mother died and her will was read in the presence of all parties involved. However the original notarized will can not be located but I do have a copy of it as do other family members. I need to have the will probated so that I can transfer the deed and title on her house into my name. Can a notarized copy of a will be probated and if not what is my next step?
