What are the required steps for a Trustor regarding oil, gas, mineral interests owned in Mississippi to be transferred to an established out-of-state Trust? What are the responsibilities of a non-Mississippi royalty-issuing company to the Trustee and the State of Mississippi?

as the property exists in Mississippi you need a Mississippi lawyer to transfer it under Mississippi law.
