statue of limitation

My question is there a statue of limitation on a will. My mother passed away 9 years ago and she had a will that stated she wanted everything to go to myself and two other brothers,however one of my brothers will not give me and my other brother what belongs to us.Could you please tell me what I can do about this as well? Thank you James

There is no statute of limitations for probation of a will. To have the wishes of the will carried out, contact an attorney to have the estate administered or probated.
