Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Mississippi
Can testator, principal, etc. names be typed in or do they have to physically written in by these people? I am assuming everything can be typed in except signatures and dates.

The testator's name can be typed and usually is if it is a typewritten will. If the will is not entirely in the handwriting of the testator, it is important to be sure that the will is executed with due formalities. Failure to do this is one of the many ways that do-it-yourself wills can lead to unsatisfactory results.
