Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Mississippi

will is from La. and should be probated in Miss. with missing ins. policy that's

My step-mother and excutrix are vague as far as my inheritance goes. She has not probated as of yet.She is with holding my benefit policy from us which my dad told me he had for us about 1 1/2yr before death. Also, the will we have in our possesion was made up in Louisiana but probation we thought must be prepared in Miss.. Will Miss. honor this will and if not what laws come to play in decision making of estate? Our ins. policy we are told is not a part of estate and she should not be keeping it from us.How can we enforce her to submit everything including our policy? Can we call the police to go in and search it out for us? Why is it my country seems to be on the side of gold-diggers and evil/wicked people who are getting away with others souls even? It's not right! It should be across the country going to the fathers childs. No one should be allowed to be a home-breaker.It's criminal and it is costing peoples lives!!!!!
