I was a delivery driver for a contractor for about three months. i was never late or had any problems with any customers, i was basically a employer's dream. A few days ago the van that i drive did not start and the boss told me that he was letting my route go because they dont have the money of time to fix it. the van is not damaged due to anything that i did its just wear ant tear, it has 365K miles on it. I was called by the contractor that give them to my boss and told that they had called and dropped the route. When i asked the boss why not fic it by it being so close to christmas they told me that they could do what they liked. DO I HAVE A WRONGFUL TERMINATION SUITE HELP PLEASE!!!!!

No wrongful termination suit here. An employer can discharge for any reason, or for no reason, so long as the discharge is not based solely on race, creed, color, age (in some cases) sex and/or national origin.
