Legal Question in Immigration Law in Missouri

question on marriage

I have a question regarding a possible situation say someone has been dating an illegal immigrant for 2 years he moved here at the age of 7 with his parents with a border crosser card and has lived here since. they have a newborn infant and they are wanting him to gain citizenship and get married. he is now 25 what should would they do? he has no criminal record, never been deported and currently has no legal residency he did finish high school in the USA

Immigrants with a legal entry (i.e. border crosser card) can gain permanent residence in the United States after marriage to a citizen, provided they don't have a criminal history. Citizen spouse may petition the immigrant. Feel free to contact me directly for more information.
