Legal Question in Administrative Law in Missouri
why would an executor want to sell off property and belongings of the deceased so fast. Like within a month of the death.

It depends on a number of factors. Many times an executor or executrix (female executor) is a family member and may want closure on the situation as soon as possible. Executors do have responsibility to the estate and may see it in the best interest of the estate to sell at a time when the price is better.
Basically, being an executor is many times a hassle to that person appointed. There are instances in which people will offer to buy the property and relieve the executor of the hassle and that executor is happy to be finished with messing with the estate.
