Legal Question in Banking Law in Missouri
bad checks
my wife has taken a disability
retirement, and has yet to
recieve her social security. She is living in Missouri and
has written several checks for
food and medicine. Some of these checks have bounced and
we are trying to catch them up
but not having much luck. I
do not know what to do at this
time.As I am living in another
state, am hoping to retire in
November when I turn 65
