Legal Question in Banking Law in Missouri
car rights
My mother-in-law cosigned a loan for my son to get a car thinking he would make the payments. He is not making them and I was wanting to know if there is any way of taking care of it without damaging her credit

Re: car rights
She needs to make sure all payments are made, even if she makes them. Then she will need to settle with your son. perhaps taking possession of the car until he settles up.
