Legal Question in Banking Law in Missouri
co-signer on my car
I am seperating from my husband. His parents are co-signers on my car and they want to take the car from me. I have been making the payments. I have not missed one payment. Do they have the legal right to take my car?

Re: co-signer on my car
Not without a repo agreement + Default. Need to review your documents to advise absolutely.
This would be billable.
