Legal Question in Banking Law in Missouri
trailer insurance
bank forced insurance on trailer for around 400.00 yr.would not pay for storm damage to trailer or even turn it in.banker said i did not need insurance as trailer not licensed.

the insurance company is liable in terms of the contract executed with you as per conditions contained in the policy doucment.
