Trustee
If you are a trustee on a account with a person and both names are on the account,but only one person can do transaction on it,and if that person did can you get them for selling your money?

I would need to review the account document. This is governed by contract unless an external Trust document is in existence. Depending on amount involved, you may wish to have it reviewed by attorney.
