wage garnishment
my boyfriends bail bondsman calld me and said that he wil be turning the ramainder over to his lawyer and having my wages garnished, wil they try to contat me before they do this i was just a signer on his bond a while ago, what is the process for this thanks

"Just" a signatory on his bond means that if he skips out, YOU are liable to the bail bondsman.
Sometimes, if you are not in control of the person under bail, the court will permit you to withdraw, but you have to file a petition and attend a hearing explaining why. In that event, the court may also decide to revoke bond.
