Legal Question in Banking Law in Missouri
will our joint bank account under attack?
I have 3 joint bank accounts and one real estate shared with my wife. and now I have a personal pending lawsuit which has nothing to do with my wife. My question is if I lose the case and get a civil judgement against me, will our joint bank account and real estate under attack?
If yes, how to avoid?
I am in Missouri
