Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Missouri
20 year old college student need bankruptcy advice.
I was just wondering if it was possible for a 20 year old college student, working a part time, commission pay only, job, to file bankruptcy. If so chapter 7 or 13? Furthermore, if I was able to, what is considered as assets? The only thing I have of any value is my computer, which is the main reason why Im in debt. If anyone could help me I would greatly appreciate it.

It depends, not enough info
a 20 year old college student, working a part time may file either a 7 or a 13. Which one would be appropriate depends on your circumstances.
