Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Missouri
If your attorney told you to quit paying on a fine until your bankruptcy case went thru and by doing so you now have two warrents for your arrest, what should you do?

Call a bail bondsman. Tell your attorney you expect him/her to accompany you when you turn yourself in.
Sure, this type of priority debt can perhaps be reduced or the terms altered in a Chapter 13, but frankly, the stress isn't worth it. My advice is to keep paying until the petition is filed.
