Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Missouri
My fiancee has filed Ch.7 and will be finished with everything this March. If we get married before he finishes everything will his debts be put on my credit record after we get married or is it just on his?

It is unlikely (really, really unlikely) that you would be liable for your fiancee's premarital debt even if you had wed prior to his bankruptcy filing.
However, marrying before filing could possibly have affected his filing qualification under the Means Test.
Getting married does not mean that the two of you are jointly liable for each others debt. Joint liability arises from both of you agreeing in writing to be responsible for a debt.
There is a possible exception for items & services necessary for life. Think insulin and trauma surgery, not milk and Botox.
