Can you file for bankruptcy if you have for a auto accident?

I think you are asking whether or not you can file for bankruptcy if you have had an auto accident that is your fault. Yes--BUT you cannot write off (discharge) the claim of the injured person if the accident occurred when you were under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
