Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Missouri
we filed bankruptcy 04/2007. There were two credit card judgements on us prior to 04/2007 and now that we are trying to sell some real estate, the title company is telling us we must pay these liens off even though the amounts were included in the bankruptcy. What is the easiest way for me to take care of this?

San Diego Bankruptcy Attorney You need to re-open the case and file the proper motions. This should have been part of the bankruptcy and the fee quoted to you by your attorney.

Ditto. Call the firm that handled the bankruptcy.

Ditto. Call the firm that handled the bankruptcy. They may be able to get the credit card companies to waive their liens without having to reopen the case.
Good luck
