That depends upon which chapter you filed,and which chapter you will be filing. From one chapter 7 to another: must wait 8 years. From a chapter 13 to a chapter 7: wait 6 years. From a chapter 7 to a chapter 13: wait 4 years. From one chapter 13 to another: wait 2 years.
