Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Missouri
I filed bankruptcy in Nov. 2009 and my debts were discharged, March, 2010. My wages have been continuously garnished by a company who were part of the discharge. "How can I recover money that was taken?"

If the creditor was made aware of the bankruptcy, they were nto to take more garnisments. (assuming yrou bankruptcy wa shandled correctly) so you can demand and then sue to have the funds recovered. You will also need to file an objection to the present garnishment in the court from which the garnishment comes. You will likley need to have legal counsel do this for you.
Good luck
