Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Missouri

I filed bankruptcy in 2009. I wanted to keep my suv and as I never made a late payment on it for the two years I was paying on it I assumed the bank would reinstate the loan. They wouldn't so after my bankruptcy was discharged I waited and waited assuming they would come get it. Long story short almost two years have passed since the discharge and the bank has never come for or contacted me about the SUV. I know sooner or later I will need to trade it off or just get a new vehicle if it breaks down. However, I don't possess a lein free title. I would like for either the bank to take it or release a title free of a lein. I emailed the bank twice during the bankruptcy process as well as called twice. The second call resulted in me learning that the first person I spoke to didn't submit anything to the persons who were to decide if my loan would be reinstated. I never got a call back after the second call. I never got a reply to my first email and the second stated they are unable to service my loan. That second email was in August of 2009 and my bankruptcy had discharged in July of 2009. Ive been waiting ever since for the bank to take the SUV. What do I do from here to get a resoloution one way or another? I honestly don't care what the outcome is but I am a bit worried if I call them up now they may try to find a way to make me pay some sum of money for having the SUV for so long but I have been waiting on them.
