Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Missouri
i filed bankruptsy in august. I was having my wage garnished at the time. I just finally got my garnishement stopped in December after multiple upon multiple calls. My discharged was september 14. I have called and called.I think I sjhould be reimbursed....what are my rights

Your bankruptcy attorney should assist with this problem. They were to serve copies of the filing and notice to stay.
