Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Missouri
I'm fixing to file chapter 7 in Missouri. It hasn't went to court and the lawyer I hired hasn't talked to me only his paralegal. I will be left without a vehicle after its filed due to bank tying up everything on one note. Can I buy another vehicle before its filed but keep it and continue to pay on it?

As your attorney told you, you'll be able to keep one vehicle. However, if you have the cash to buy a cat, you may not qualify for chapter 7. Therefore, discuss this issue with the paralegal.
Good luck
