Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Missouri
I live in Missouri and am married. I have a small business set up as an LLC. I am the sole member. I have a few loans and credit cards that are in the business name and I am the personal guarantor. I have a lease in the same manner. I am trying to find out if I can file bankruptcy seperately from my wife. She is not on any of the paperwork, loans or credit cards or on the lease.
