Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Missouri
I am about to marry a man that must file for bankrutcy due to medical debt of close to $1 million. If we get married before he files, will he have to claim my income as available income for the household bills for things such as the house payment (neither the house or the mortgage will be in my name) and utilities.
