Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Missouri
If a person has filed for bankruptcy once, are you allowe by law to do so again if your circumstances have not changed?

A chapter 7 bankruptcy can be declared every 8 years, provided, of course, that the filing is not an "abuse" of the bankruptcy laws. It's not like child custody, where one must prove a change in circumstances in order to obtain a custody change.
