Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Missouri

i reside in mo. i was in a chpt. 13 but can no longer pay the trustee,have already surrendered home,on disability what are my opions?

First, if you cannot afford your payments, you should immediately contact your attorney.

Chapter 13 plans can be amended for a lower (or sometimes higher) payment if your financial circumstances change. In some cases, they can and should be converted to a Chapter 7.
