Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Missouri
My son is incarcerated and his fiancee has general power of attorney. She sold his car which he didn't owe on was supposed to pay off remainder of a loan which I believe she is defaulting on. She has access to his bank account. What should I do as his mother to protect him?
