Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Missouri
Just got a summons to civil court, havent filed chapter 7 yet
I have not filed chapter 7 yet, but i planned to. Yesterday I got served papers regarding a personal loan I got from a private company. If I file is it too late to include this debt in the filing?
