Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Missouri
under title 11, personal chapter 7, does the current law require debtors to include the income of unemployed dependents receiving unemployment compensation, as part of the debtors in-coming income?

I believe so. Unemployment compensation received by debtor or by spouse would be reported on line 9 of the B22 Means Test, and unemployment compensation received by other dependents would be reported on line 10 "income from all other sources". However, I would strongly urge you to consult with an actual attorney before deciding on your own that you aren't eligible for a chapter 7. Careful pre-bankruptcy planning might result in this income being excluded or negated.
