Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Missouri
I am wondering if filing bankruptcy will discharge credit card debt incurred for a business that folded. The cards were my personal cards not the business's.

If you incurred credit card debt, then it would be possibbly discharged in bankruptcy. Who you purchased items for, may be aof little relvance to whther it is part of your bankruptcy estate. However, a credtor may have claim to the actual objects purchased.
Good Luck
