Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Missouri
My x attorney has ben disbarred I got judgement due to malpractices
Now he is taken chapter 7 I'm trying to keep it from being discharged

Unless there are more facts than this, you may not be successful in your efforts to object to the discharge of this debt. A better strategy might be to find out which company carries his malpractice insurance. A discharge only removes personal liability from the person. It does not relieve an insurance carrier of the obligation to pay.
