Legal Question in Business Law in Missouri
My Advertisement
I wish to sell a directory that I compiled, of Government Auctions and Seized property sales. On a postcard I want to place images of cars, boats, homes, jewelry, etc. along with the heading ''Your Guide to Discounted Government Auctions and Seized Property Sales''. Would this be considered false advertising? The images are examples of the assets that have been sold in the past, but I cannot guarantee low prices or the availability of the items.

Re: My Advertisement
I would probably include a disclaimer on the card that says "images are representative of past sales; content of future sales may vary."
Good luck with your project.
