Legal Question in Business Law in Missouri
It was an Aviation School closed their business and owner is no where to be found. Students took out big students loans-$40,000.00+ and the school closed and the owner ran off with the money. The students formed a website concerning this issue.
Do you think these students contract with the private or public organization should be voided? Why or why not?

It is unclear what you are asking. If the school closed, then your contract with them has been interrupted. That interruption is a breach. that breach is what allows students to get their tuition back. What private and puclic organization are are asking about? The school? The lender?
