Legal Question in Business Law in Missouri
breach of tenure decision confidentiality
In a case of academic mobbing, I have been accused of creating a hostile environment. As part of a scandalous newspaper report, the media reported on a confidential tenure decision which went against me and which the administration over ruled. Have I any recourse for this breach of confidentiality?

Re: breach of tenure decision confidentiality
It depends on the facts. Is there a conract which governs your relationship with your employer? Also, it may be slander, liable or defamation.
