Breech of Oral Contract Followed By Slanderous Defamation

Im a photographer who verbally negociated and formed an agreem't to hire a model from Missouri for a 4 day long photoshoot as well as a creation of two commerical websites ofher. pix.. I then provided her with a modest advance($230) toward her compensation to make the agreemn't legit She was unable to keep our initial schedule as well as two subsequent dates so I allowed her to set the schedule to ensure the highest feaiibility. She specifed a date 2months away--I agreed to it.During the 8wk period I discovered info. which revealed several breeches of our plan. I tried to contact her but to no avail. She absconded with the advance I gave to her and since has trumpeted

many hideous lies about me inciting fear in models through the biz. I have received reports of these lies from her agent and other photog's. and they've derailed my career. Models are fearful of me!

I'm inSan Diego, while she's travels the US in a strealthy manner. I want shut her up and

recoup my $3500 in compensatory dmgs. How do I proocede?
