Legal Question in Business Law in Missouri
Business Cards
I have created business cards with my name and title of President and CEO on them. Question, I have not yet created the the S-corp, C-corp or LLC. Am I in violation of some law that states that the title of President or CEO cannot be on the business card if the company is not yet formed?

Re: Business Cards
You can put "King of the Universe" on your business cards if you want to do so, and it would not violate any law I know of. Of course you may be open to claims of misrepresentation or worse, if you hold yourself out to be the President/CEO of a corporation and the corporation doesn't exist.
