Legal Question in Business Law in Missouri
does a business have to have a job description in place before hiring or creating a position in the company and if they dont have a job description in place whose responsibility is it to create such a document?

There sends to be no requirement for a private company to have a formalized job description in order to lawfully employ someone. If this doesn't resolve your underlying issue, perhaps you could repost, with a question that more directly addressee your issue.
