business partnership abandonment

if 2 partners walk away from a business for almost a year, what rights to do they have to that business, when they have not been on site or called about it more that 5 times total?

Do you have a written partnership agreement? If so, what does it say? If not, why not? An attorney would need to know whjat the partnership agreement says before giving you any legal advice. Consult with an attorney.
