Legal Question in Business Law in Missouri
we have a business and someone stole checks and forged them for 12,000 dollars. The police know who it is and have warrants, the bank says they didnt do anything wrong by giving our unauthorized money away. Can we sue to get reimbursed?

If you made a timely claim of the forger(ies) you should be reimbursed by the payee or your bank. You may have to sue them to get it, assuming the criminal Court doesn't make restitution a condition of any plea deal fir the firger. Obviously, you can sue the forger in civil Court too.
