Legal Question in Business Law in Missouri
business theft
statute of limitations on theft - business partners disappeared, did legally terminate business, and sold business property as private property. Investment made in 1999-2000. Business end 2004. They did not provide any IRS papers or info for the last year. I now know where they are ( here in Missouri). Any recourse?

Re: business theft
the statute is probably 5 or 10 years depending on the specifics.so you could probably still file suit . if this occurred in greene county then in that county.call if you wish to discuss.
